We obviously can’t reveal our chef’s secret recipes but we always encourage our customers to step into our kitchens where all the action takes place. You can walk into any of our kitchens anytime, meet our chefs and see for yourself how your favourite fried chicken is marinated with the most authentic spices, hand-breaded and freshly prepared with a lot of love.

FRESHLY PREPARED BY CHEFS
Welcome! Now that you’re here, chefs will hand bread your chicken in fresh flour and those secret herbs and spices, and put it in the fryer or the oven within 2 minutes. Not because they're secretly auditioning for Masterchef, but because they are just making sure your chicken is as fresh as 100% SAFE We cook chicken products at a minimum 170 degrees Celsius and hold it at minimum of 60 degrees Celsius. This ensures 100% food safety at all times. Just to give you an example, water boiled at 100 degrees Celsius is considered safe at our homes. All kitchen staff members wash and sanitise their hands every 30 minutes. Also, we use only RO water for cooking our food and for consumption.

VEG AND NON-VEG SEPARATION
At KFC, we maintain stringent standards to ensure that vegetarian and non-vegetarian offerings at the store are prepared separately. Everything from the oil, the utensils, all the ingredients to the staff preparing the food is segregated. We understand and respect the sentiments and beliefs of vegetarian customers and make sure we meet their expectations.
